RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
  • In its original condition;
  • With all original tags attached;
  • In its original packaging;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@bushin.lt within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs of the problem.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require another size or product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact info@bushin.lt before the withdrawal period expires.

Items must be returned in unused condition.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds may be withheld until returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Refund amounts may be reduced if goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Size-related returns

We provide detailed size guides and body measurement instructions on each product page. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review these before placing an order.

Returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer are accepted within 14 days of delivery. However, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in such cases. We do not cover return shipping for size issues where the delivered item matches the size ordered.
